Description:

Description:

Description:
This

the scapulo-humeral girdle. When facing the machine to exercise, the rear
muscles of the shoulder (rear deltoids) would be trained prevalently, whereas
with the user's back to the machine the pectoral muscles would be trained the
most.
The height

Description:
This is an
exceptionally versatile machine as it allows users to train both the pectoral
muscles and the deltoids, in complete safety and simulating the work that is
normally done using a bench and barbells.
In this
case, the bench features linear bearings; therefore by adjusting it forwards or
backwards and adjusting the inclination of the push lever by means of a special
clutch, the user can perform exercises on the pecs horizontally; or by tilting
the backrest of the bench the user can do stretches for the upper part of the
pectoral muscles. On the other hand, if the backrest is placed vertically, the
shoulders will be prevalently trained, especially the pars anterior of the
deltoid.
