Description:
Most
people have weak abdominal muscles compared to their lumbar muscles, and
therefore need to train the former more. This machine allows for the flexing of
the torso on the pelvis, which takes place thanks to the action of the abdominal
muscles and especially the musculus rectus abdominis and the external and
internal oblique muscles, in bilateral contraction.
The
particular position of the legs (torso-thigh angle of approximately 100°)
contributes to neutralising the ileo psoas; the graduated joint.

Description:
The
pushing movements involving the upper body activate the scapulo-humeral and
clavicular joint involving the pectoralis major, the deltoid muscle (pars
anterior), the serratus major and the triceps. This machine was conceived to
isolate as much as possible the upper bundles of the pectoral muscle, without
the excessive intervention on the part of the deltoid muscle. The trajectory is
therefore upwards and converges in such a way as to allow the pectoral muscle to
complete its role of causing the adduction of the humerus.
The
handgrips allow for the exercise to be personalised in various different ways,
respecting the morphological structure and articular mobility of each user.
The easy
access lever, the adjustment of the seat and the lateral positioning of the
counterweights all contribute to making this machine simple and comfortable to
use.

Description:
This
machine creates a mechanical situation which cannot be reproduced with the mere
use of dumbbells and weights: when exercising on this machine, the pectoral
muscles are affected, which have the fundamental role of causing the adduction
of the humerus: the optimal situation of maximum adduction is achieved with this
machine thanks to the improved convergent angle. Moreover, the downward
trajectory of the push levers creates the ideal movement for the isolation of
the pectoral muscles.
The
workout angle and the adjustment of the seat make training on this machine ideal
and suitable for users of different heights and types; this system also tends to
increase the load used, so that the loads really provide effective training for
even the fittest athletes.
The
trajectory elaborated by the machine progresses in such a way as to lead to the
maximum effort at the point of maximum extension; on the other hand, the most
delicate point (as far as joints and tendons are concerned too) is the starting
position where the most facilitated part of the ellipse is.
The easy
access lever prevents abrupt starts to training at the point of maximum stress;
the angle of the backrest is designed to provide maximum stability during
training and the angle of the handgrips minimises the stresses incurred by the
wrists during the stretches.

Description:
The
traditional exercise of rowing with weights is performed using the I.L.S. ROWING
MACHINE with the user's body sitting upright, making use of the comfortable
chest rest and guaranteeing a secure performance of the movement featuring the
utmost biomechanical efficacy.
The
particular position of the upper joint centre allows the levers to follow a
downward trajectory, so as to exclude as much as possible the intervention on
the part of the trapezius which would on the other hand be preponderant with the
joint centre positioned below.
The levers
follow a convergent trajectory during the eccentric phase: this way the I.L.S.
ROWING MACHINE allows for greater elongation and maximum contraction of the
muscle groups of such a large complex area as the back.
The
rotating length-adjustable handles allow the user to concentrate the muscle work
more on the latissimus dorsi rather than on the central trapezius and deltoid
muscle.
The
adjustment of the seat, the lateral position of the counterweights, the two
handgrips (which also allow for the exercise to be performed on one side only)
make this machine a unique and innovative tool for training the muscles in the
middle and upper part of the back.

Description:
The machine focuses the effort on the external and internal oblique muscles,
allowing the torso to be twisted.
The
torsion angle is adjustable and the exercise can be performed bilaterally,
alternating the direction of the movement, or in one direction only.
The seat
is adjustable in order to create a torso-arm angle of abduction of approximately
80°, while the height of the footplate should be adjusted in such a way as to
create a torso-thigh angle of approximately 110°.
The
removable roller ensures a comfortable positioning.
