Description:
The
specially-made comfortable arm rest allows for a different isolation of the
flexor muscles of the elbow and therefore of the brachial biceps, of the
brachialis and the brachioradialis.
The
rotating handgrips, the adjustable chest rest along with the seat make this
machine suitable for all. It is important that the user aligns his/her elbows
with the machine's joint centre so that the cams are able to guarantee a
constant tension for the entire duration of the movement

Description:
On one
side of the machine, the user performs the flexing-extending movement of the
elbow, a classic exercise to train the triceps and in particular the caput
mediale and the anconeus muscle.
The foot
lock allows for the movement to be controlled even with heavy loads, preventing
the selected weight from making the user slip towards the machine.
An inverse
grip is also possible, with the user's hands supine (palms up) to affect the
caput laterale and external head of the triceps more.
On the
other side, a comfortable padding allows the user to rest his/her lumbar area
and perform the exercise with his/her back to the machine, thus pushing the
forearms downwards and thus working the caput longum of the triceps more.
This way,
two people can train safely and hygienically in a restricted amount of space.

Description:
This
machine allows for the flexing-extending movement of the elbow with the utmost
articular excursion (classic exercise for training triceps and in particular the
caput mediale) as well as the anconeus muscle (even though many other stabiliser
muscles intervene both from the shoulder as well as from the torso, such as for
example the musculus rectus abdominis, the latissimus dorsi and the pectoralis
major).
The foot
lock allows for the movement to be controlled even with heavy loads, preventing
the selected weight from making the user slip towards the machine.
The
padding acts as a rest for the lumbar area for those wishing to perform the
exercise with their shoulders facing the counterweights, thus working the long
head of the triceps more and guaranteeing the correct positioning: at least one
metre away from the machine so that the cable remains oblique, with the user's
chest bent slightly forwards to leave room for the extension of the arms; the
hands - palms down - are very close to one another, almost touching the elbows,
which are resting on the hips.

Description:
The
classic biceps curl is now even more effective by the cams that make the effort
constant and progressive throughout the entire movement and by the articulated
handles that allow for specific work on the brachial biceps, especially if the
hands are kept with the palms up and the wrists bent back during the entire
movement.
The
height-adjustable nature of the seat and the possibility of varying the starting
angle of the grip handle make this machine effective for all users.
The
careful counterbalancing also ensures the user only works with the load actually
selected, without weighing down the grip handle.

Description:
Sitting
down with their elbows resting on comfortable pads and aligned with the
machine's joint centre, users can perform forward pushes of the forearms in
order to obtain the alignment of the triceps muscles in complete safety. Given
that the arm is raised higher than the shoulder blade, the long head of the
triceps muscle is developed more with this exercise.
The
adjustable backrest ensures the torso is kept in a stable position, while the
cams guarantee a constant tension throughout the entire movement and the
adjustable seat makes it possible for all users to use this machine.

Description:
Sitting
down with his/her arms raised up by their face is the ideal position for the
development of the three heads of the brachial triceps muscle: the caput mediale,
caput laterale but especially caput longum, as well as the anconeus, extensor of
the forearm. This machine reproduces the classic exercise of the French press.
The lumbar
area of the torso is protected by the particular inclination of the backrest.
The
height-adjustable nature of the seat and the easy access lever, which allows the
workout bar to be put back in place easily at the end of the exercise, make this
machine easy to use for all.
