The
special position of the machine's joint centre and the use of special cams allow
for a constant tension to be maintained throughout the movement.
The
possibility of adjusting the seat, the special chest pad and the comfortable
rotating push rollers allow the user to perform a slow and controlled
abduction-adduction movement of the humerus that, due to the very conception of
this machine, will never be brought to the limit of abduction, in order to
protect the scapulo-humeral joint.

The
machine enables the user perform a fundamental movement: the upwards push, in
total safety.
The
careful counterbalancing with which the machine is equipped ensures the user
only works with the load actually selected, without weighing down the push-arms.
The angle
of the backrest and the seat adjustment allow for a comfortable and simple
positioning on the machine, thus achieving the auto-stabilisation of the athlete
from the beginning to the end of the exercise.
The
particular research of the joint centre tends to avoid dangerous retropositions
of the limbs during the push and the easy access lever prevents the user from
beginning the exercise at the most unfavourable angles of the movement.

This
machine combines the efficacy of traditional training with dumbbells and weights
with the simplicity and safety of guided training.
The
trajectory followed allows for the maximum elongation of the deltoid muscle,
combined with a progressive muscular synergy which, thanks to the particular
growing effort, is the most favourable to conclude the athletic movement of
stretching the arms upwards.
The
trajectory never causes an excessive retroposition of the arm during pushing,
thus making the exercise suitable for all user types and minimising all possible
traumas deriving from the incorrect position of the upper limbs with respect to
the rest of the body.
The
counterbalancing ensures that the user works only with the load actually
selected.
The
inclination angle of the backrest is excellent, for easy and comfortable
positioning on the machine.
The
possibility of adjusting the seat-backrest assembly on the horizontal plane of
traverse ensures an ideal positioning for both fit athletes and normal users.
The easy
access lever prevents excessive stress due to an overloading during the most
unfavourable part of the movement and the ergonomic handgrips allow the user to
focus the load more on the lateral head of the deltoid muscle or, if need be, on
the front one.
