Pakistan is situated along a cultural crossroads between Arab culture and Indian culture, producing a unique flavor of its own. The country is, like many countries in the region, multi-cultural and made up of a number of races, each with their own language, culture and customs. Although bodybuilders here complain that most Pakistanis are crazy about the sport cricket, it is also apparent that they have. A tradition of strength training which has played a part in reaching the high level of bodybuilding in that country.
